Age 16+ years – gearless two-wheeler (50cc tak) ke liye.

Age 18+ years – motorcycle with gear aur LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) ke liye.

Age 20+ years – commercial driving licence ke liye.

Aaj ke time me online driving licence apply karna sabse easy aur fast method hai.

Step 1:  Official website Visit Karein

Open karein.

Step 2: State Select Karein

Apna State/UT choose karein jahan se aap licence apply karna chahte ho.

Step 3: Learner Licence Application

“Apply Online” → “New Learner’s Licence” select karein.

Application form fill karein (Name, Address, Age, Blood Group, etc.)

Documents upload karein.

Slot booking karein (RTO test ke liye).

Online fees pay karein.

Step 4: Learner’s Test

RTO me jaake computer-based traffic rules test dena hota hai.

Agar pass ho gaye to Learner’s Licence mil jayega (download bhi kar sakte ho).

Step 5: Permanent Licence Application

30 days ke baad “Permanent Driving Licence” option select karein.

Driving test ke liye slot book karein.

RTO me gaadi le kar jaayein aur driving test dein.

Pass hone par aapka Permanent Driving Licence generate ho jayega.

Driving Licence Offline Apply Kaise Karein?


Agar aapko online process tough lag raha hai to aap RTO office jaake offline apply kar sakte ho.

1. Nearest RTO visit karein.

2. Application form (Form 2) lein aur fill karein.

3. Documents attach karke submit karein.

4. Fees deposit karein.

5. Learner test dein.

6. Learner licence ke baad permanent licence ke liye apply karein.


Driving Licence Fees in India (Approx.)

Learner’s Licence: ₹150 – ₹200

Driving Test Fee: ₹300 – ₹500

Permanent Licence: ₹700 – ₹1,000 (state ke hisaab se alag ho sakta hai)

Driving Licence Status Kaise Check Karein?

1. Visit: Parivahan DL Status

2. Apna Application Number / DL Number enter karein.

3. Status (Approved, Dispatched, Delivered) check ho jayega.

Driving Licence Renewal Process

Normal DL validity: 20 years ya age 50 tak (jo pehle ho).

Renewal ke liye form + medical certificate submit karna hota hai.

Renewal fee: ₹200 – ₹300.
